Does your paycheck reflect your Success and Wealth Mindset. Most people that are working today get paid by the hour or collect a salary. They feel comfortable knowing what their paycheck will be every week or month. It makes it easy to budget. If they work extremely hard the past month or they coast part of the time their income does not change. Sounds appealing, right? Unless you coast too much and then you no longer have a job.
When you have a Wealth Mindset and you work for a company you want to be paid for what you produce. If you step up and focus on success, improve your skills and knowledge, you have a positive attitude and you want to be paid accordingly. One of the highest paid professions today is sales. Most sales positions are paid all or in part by commission. The smarter (harder) and the more you achieve success, the more you get paid more. You are compensated for exactly what you sell. You paycheck is the measure of how good you are at your chosen profession.
Being Wealth Minded means you are competent with your skills and abilities and are comfortable working on commission. You know that you can make as much as you desire. I enjoyed being paid commission on a job that I once had, it was like being self-employed. I was in charge of my income. I could make as much or as little as I wanted. If I had a problem with my income I just had to look in the mirror to talk to the boss.
When you have fully developed a Wealth and Success Mindset you will have come to grips with your abilities and limitations. Whether you are working for someone or have taken the plunge of starting a business you know that you can succeed and excel at your chosen path to wealth, you are responsible for the outcome. Even if you are the owner of a passive or residual income based business or investment you have made the commitment to see it through. You are Wealth Minded and you KNOW that you will succeed.
