Rich and successful people get paid for what they do, not for the time they put in; they are paid for the results they produce. Their millionaire mindset believes in themselves and their abilities to produce results and they will get paid accordingly. It has been said that you will never get rich by working for a fixed paycheck every month from working for somebody else.

Millionaire Mindset Makes Results

Those without a millionaire mindset or poor people are afraid to work and get paid based on results. They feel more secure when they know exactly how much they will get paid every week or month. There are unsure of their skills and abilities to produce a respectable income from the results they produce. They prefer to choose the security of getting a regular paycheck that is not enough to please them rather than getting paid for the results they produce. The difference is the mindset of a millionaire mind and a success mindset.

Comfort and a Millionaire Mindset

I think we can agree that you may be able to make a comfortable living on a paycheck, but you will never get rich. You can save and invest, but when it comes to how you spend your working hours every day you will never get rich and wealthy from a fixed paycheck. Rich and successful people are not looking to be comfortable, they have chosen with their millionaire mindset to be rich. They would rather work hard and get paid based on their results and achieve success, that way they control their income.

Most of the rich and successful people in the world today are that way because they created a millionaire mindset and invested in other avenues to create additional income.
