Do you believe it is one of the biggest factors in achieving success?
It has been reported that studies have shown that a positive attitude, has the biggest impact on your success even more than education. If this is the case and you have goals that you want to achieve, you better start with your attitude.
Becoming a positive thinker and having a positive attitude would be an important first step you can take in achieving your goals. Here is the catch, if you are not a positive thinker by nature already it is not so easy to become one. It is about changing your thought habits. It sounds easy, but it’s hard to change years of subconscious programming.
Positive Attitude Changes
A Positive Attitude and Positive Thinking means that you need to change the way you process and react to all the different events of your life. In order to change you will need to pay attention to the thoughts that go through your mind throughout the day. Many people go through the day on auto-pilot and are not aware of their individual thoughts.

Half empty or half full?
Start paying close attention to your thoughts in the course of a day. Notice how many times in the day you are feeling depressed, critical, happy, angry, sad, discouraged or any one of many emotions. When you feeling any of these emotions take a few seconds and examine your thoughts. Ask yourself what are your thoughts and what is your focus that is creating this emotion. To start thinking more positively replace a negative thought with a positive thought. You can only hold one thought in your mind at a time, just change it to a positive one.
Thinking with a Positive Attitude
Being a positive thinker means, you do not let a bad event ruin your day, week, month, or even worse, your life. There are too many people walking around with a chip on their shoulder, and most of them do not even have a right to be mad or know why they are. These people are just making themselves miserable by holding onto negative thoughts.
Naturally you have bad events in your life, but focus on a positive thought, and keep going toward your goal. There is no reason to hold onto bad feelings, and no benefit to making yourself miserable. There is never a good reason to hold negative thoughts.
A Positive Attitude and a success mindset is not about removing yourself from the real world. It is about taking control of your thoughts and your reality so you can achieve success. What you think about is what you will create in your life. If you spend most of your day thinking about something negative, you will get more negative.
You can strengthen your positive attitude and be a positive thinker by focusing on all the good in your life. You will begin to see more good come into your life. Focus on success, remember What You Focus On Expands!
