Visualization and Success

The practice of Visualization is a powerful tool in your quest for success. Visualization is powerful for success because it helps you mentally live your goals in the present state. When you visualize success you will start attracting the circumstances, people and events that you need to make those visions of success a reality.

The attraction power of visualization comes when you repeatedly see yourself being part of the success that you are working towards. Whether it be money, cars, home, business or anything that your goal may be. With repeated visualizations and the emotions that go along with that picture you are programming your subconscious mindset for success. You’ll be programming yourself to achieve success.

Ways To Visualize Success

There are a few different ways to visualize. Some people believe that thinking about their goals is enough. They will picture themselves living the life they want to live and enjoying time and money freedom with their family. For some people they find it difficult to visualize success without some form of help.

A vision board is a great way help people to visualization. A vision board can a bulletin board, poster board or even the refrigerator. You could go online and print pictures things you want to have and places you would like to live or visit.

You could print pictures of cars you want to own, maybe a special watch or jewelry or that special dream house. Put all of these pictures on your vision board that will portray the life that you will be living when your goals are achieved. Make cards that have key words and statements of your goals on them for the board.

Once you have put together your vision board, put it in a prominent place that you will see it everyday. Take a little time everyday, several times would be better and imagine what it will be like when you have everything on your vision board. Feel the emotions you will feel when you have achieved your goals and are living the life you have displayed on your board.

When to Visualize Success

Right before you go to sleep is a great time to practice visualization . When you close your eyes, see yourself driving that new car, living in your dream home, having the money you desire or traveling to exotic destinations. While you are falling asleep your subconscious mind will take in those images. Then your subconscious mind goes to work to make your visualization a reality and create a success mindset.

To make your visualization more productive try to make the images in your mind as vivid, colorful and realistic as possible. Don’t just see an object, see yourself using the object, or driving the car, or wearing the jewelry while feeling the emotion that would be attached to the experience. Picture yourself walking around inside your dream house and doing things that you would do in your new house.

Visualize Success Daily

Remember to practice your visualization as much as possible. The more often that you think about your goals being achieved, the more power you give to your subconscious mind for success. The thoughts you hold while you are visualizing are very important. Any thoughts of “if” or “maybe” or “this will never happen” will defeat your efforts. When you are visualizing you need think to yourself “this is in my reach”. This is “possible for me”. Holding positive thoughts and having a positive attitude will bring your visualization to you faster. It has been said that an hour of visualization and be as effective as 7 hours of physical efforts. When you picture your success already achieved will help develop a success mindset.
